These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rovixel (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site provides free browser games and related editorial content. The Site is provided free of charge and on an “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove any game, page, or feature at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or republish the Site's content except as allowed in section 4;
• interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or attempting to overload it;
• bypass, remove, or obstruct advertising that supports the Site;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the rights of others.

3. Third-party games and content

Games marked as third-party are owned and operated by their respective publishers and are embedded under their distribution terms. Your use of those games may also be subject to the publisher's own terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party games, their content, their in-game advertising, or their availability.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, logos, and any games developed by us are owned by Rovixel or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may quote short excerpts with a link and attribution. Any other copying, distribution, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

5. Advertising

The Site displays advertising, some of it from Google and its partners. Ads are served by third parties, and we do not endorse the products or services advertised. 6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all games and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rovixel and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
